Kundalini Yoga combines dynamic movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to awaken and elevate the body’s energy. Each session includes a kriya (a specific sequence of exercises), deep relaxation, and a meditation to balance mind, body, and spirit. This practice is accessible to all levels and aims to promote vitality, clarity, and spiritual awareness. Join us for this 75-minute session to explore Kundalini yoga.
